My guiding principle for debates and panels is respect. Opponents in debate, colleagues across party lines in daily life.

Based on my personal experience in the sector, security is a field I deeply care about. I am committed to promoting professional expertise, fostering societal skills such as first responder training, civil courage, and emergency preparedness, and strengthening the ties between security stakeholders and society.

For many years, I have been teaching presentation skills and public speaking at universities and universities of applied sciences. I firmly support hands-on, practice-focused educational paths that equip people with real-world skills for their professional and personal lives within their social context.

Rooted in the world of sports, where the interactions between body and mind are fundamental and a clear understanding of the balance between strain and regeneration is essential, I see the promotion of health awareness, personal responsibility, and practical knowledge as central pillars for building resilient individuals within a resilient society.

Through languages, horizons expand and fresh perspectives unfold! My multilingual experiences living in Switzerland and Morocco have deepened my fascination with how diverse linguistic and cultural regions can thrive within one single nation.
